Family Connect

The Remote Family Connect in Schools Service (FCIS) Program provides an early intervention response to the needs of families, children, and young people. We can provide a case coordination approach to supporting your families by linking them to the support and services they need. The FCIS Program operates in our schools in partnership with Social Futures.

Our Family Connect Worker is available to help all our families who might be experiencing challenges find the right support for them. This service can support families in many ways, including:

  • NDIS navigation
  • Housing supports
  • Disability support
  • School attendance
  • Financial stress
  • Parenting support
  • Emotional wellbeing
  • Navigating services / advocating for families
  • Domestic Violence supports.

Our Family Connect worker will work with you to identify your needs, build on your family’s strengths and link you to the support you need to help your family thrive.
